"Cesis Skellus was a part of the Group of Four. He stands 5’-7” and was 180lbs. He originally was from Shadowdale where he worked as a blacksmith’s apprentice. His true calling was a wizard. Early on he was blessed with a Ring of Shapechange which he used to great effect and great responsibility His travels led him to Dragon Mountain, Undermountain, Athas, and the Outer Planes. For a short time he was driven mad where he refocused his source of magic to the Elemental Vortices."
